Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out and love doing it!!
You can't really define Zumba, you have to experience it. So come on down and try it! Bring your friends, sisters, brothers, mum, dad, grandparents... anyone you like... all welcome! 

Be warned Zumba is infectious... once you start you won't wish to stop! Come join the party... lets ZUMBA!

Please don't forget to wear comfortable clothing, trainers, a big bottle of water and a towel/flannel (we get sweaty betty ;0) )
